How collaboration makes us better designers
Collaboration can make our teams stronger, and our individual designs better.

Design is often seen as a solitary pursuit, but the best work happens when designers collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, researchers, and other designers.
Cross-functional pairing. Try pairing with an engineer during the design process.
Design critiques, not design by committee. Hold regular critique sessions where designers present work and receive structured feedback.
Involve research throughout. Don't wait until designs are finished to test them.
Share your work in progress. Don't hide designs until they're 'perfect.'
